CERTIFIED LEADERSHIP COACH
Our CDT’s are leaders in their departments. A CDT’s main goal is to continually seek and share knowledge with current and new team members.
CERTIFIED TRAINING SPECIALIST
This person will help with training new team members and will help with day-to-day manager functions.
IN-STORE TRAINING COORDINATOR
This person is in charge of the restaurant’s entire training program to ensure new team members get 100% trained.
Trainers with little or no management experience will grow into this managerial position. Hourly managers will learn day to day operations and support the whole management team.
ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER
Team members with a passion for food, health & safety, and exhibit leadership qualities will grow in this managerial position. Assistant Kitchen Managers will learn day-to-day operations in the HOH, supporting the Kitchen Manager.

The entire restaurant management team (GM, KM, AGM & AM) is eligible to receive a quarterly bonus which is measured against quarterly sales targets, guest counts and NIBO (Net Income Before Operating Expenses).
